ENTRIES

Entries are now to be done on-line entry fees will be taken on-line via Sagepay.

Entries open:  1^st June 2011.

Entries (on-line) close:  15^th August 2011 or sooner if full (Youth entries are available on the day). We will announce via the website if/when entries are full.

Late entries MAY be accepted at the Organisers discretion, HOWEVER these late entries (payable in cash on the day)will be subject to a £20:00 levy, which will be added to each entrant. YOUTH late entries are subject to an £8.00 late entry surcharge – again payable on the day.

Shipping & Returns

You will recieve e-mail confirmation of your booking and payment – please print this out and bring it with you to the event as you may have to produce these as evidence of payment when signing on

Cancellations Rights

In line with distance selling regulations. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days; the cancellation period starts the “day after” receipt of your confirmation e-mail. You are not required to give a reason . We refund the total value of your entry within 30 days of cancellation.

AFTER THIS PERIOD – If the event is cancelled or if you cancel for any reason prior to August 16th 2011 a £10 administration fee will be retained.  From the 16th August 2011 no refunds will be given.
